The Exarch: The Order's main leader for our forces who wish to defend and protect the Draenei way of life. He is responsible for maintaining discipline within the Order's ranks and ensuring that the proper training is being done, equipment is being taken care of and provided for.
The Emissaries are personally chosen by the Triumvirate. They are tasked with representing the Sha'tor in negotiations with other organizations as well as act with authority when the Triumvirate are not present. The Emissary is responsible for the maintenance of equipment as well as provisions, ensuring resource numbers are met and accounted for.
The A'dota-kei, meaning 'Reliable One' in Draenic are those who have proven themselves devoted and committed to the Sha'tor. They are our time-tested members who have shown growth and success within the Path they have chosen - completing the tasks that were placed upon them as well as kept their oath. They have much to give and willing to receive much in return. They are capable of lending their aid to help newer members feel welcomed, and to understand how the Order works. They are able to lend their voice and give opinions during meetings to help better member's journey through the Sha'tor.
Crystalsworn are those who have been formally inducted into the Sha'tor. They have taken their oath and are now under the watchful eyes of the Triumvirate and their Consul. These members now have the ability to grow within the Path they have selected, becoming either a Hand of the Sha'tor or Shield of the Sha'tor. They may be asked to complete certain tasks within their chosen Path or from the Triumvirate themselves, which will be used to prove the Crystalsworn's loyalty and commitment to the Sha'tor.
Those interested in joining who have not yet taken their oath. They are strongly encouraged to meet with the members of the Sha'tor as well as learn about the Order. Some may be asked to complete several tasks before fully becoming Crystalsworn. They will be given all the time and support they need from the others to feel welcomed.
